Explore Blarney Castle, Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle for a day trip from Dublin!
After meeting your driver guide early in the morning on Suffolk Street, you will head to the Rock of Cashel, an iconic monastic site in Irish history, where you will discover a number of medieval buildings, including a cathedral and a chapel. You can explore this historic site on your own for about an hour.
Then you will head to Blarney Castle, famous for its Blarney stone, which, according to legend, bestows the "gift of eloquence" on those who embrace it. You'll be free to explore the castle gardens, with their mystical waterfalls and ancient ferns. You will also have free time for lunch, there are many restaurants around the castle (not included).
Your final stop will be Cahir Castle, one of the largest and best preserved in Ireland. This 13th century castle offers an overview of medieval defensive structures. You'll visit this historic castle accompanied by an official guide for about an hour before returning to Dublin at the end of the day.
