Discover Durban's top sites in just one morning!
The tour starts with a stroll next to the Indian Ocean towards the Town Hall, then carries on through the downtown buildings as you make your way to the Kwa Muhle Museum. This museum presents the history and fight against Apartheid in Durban.
After visiting the museum, you'll take a walk in the Durban Botanic Gardens. The gardens are home to a superb range of exotic plants, which you can explore before tasting a Bunny Chow, a typical South African dish consisting of a hollowed out loaf of bread filled with curry.
The tour will end with a visit to the Moses Mabhida Stadium, a large stadium with a capacity of more than 60,000. The stadium currently hosts rugby and football matches. If you want, you can take a cable car ride to the top of the stadium, and enjoy uninterrupted views over the city (optional - supplement of approximately 60 ZAR/$6 payable on the day).
At the end of the visit, you will be returned to your seafront hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle.
